Bargain and sale of four and a half acres of arable land between Richard Lee, Matthew Lacey, Mary Lacey and Oliver Peck in the parish of Cardington, Bedfordshire. The document bears their signatures and the four pendant seals are intact.

Very attractive clean, crisp document.

some termite damage, but the content is still understandable.
