Indenture. Counterpart lease between Mary Maynard spinster and the honorable Sir William Pole of Shute in the County of Devon, baronet, for several parcels of land within Sidford in the parish of Sidbury, within the Manor of  Stone Devon. 

The document has a wax seal and engraved title with coat of arms.

A very attractive clean & crisp document.
